During Aamir’s body building stage his Aamir Khans’s diet plan was:
● 16 egg whites in a day.
● He kept himself away from sugar, potatoes, bananas, red meat, egg yolks, fried stuffs, although his dietitian, Satyajit Chaurasia allowed him to have 3 teaspoons of oil in a day.
● He use to drink 4 liters of water in 24 hours.
● Aamir kept 8 hours of his day for a sound sleep.

● Aamir Khan’s workout for Ghajini has been the toughest workout routine any actor has done till now and nowdays he is following light workout for his upcoming movie Dhoom 3.
● He used to do 4 hours of continuous workout in which half hour was for cardio exercises. He use to do 1000 crunches everyday.
● His muscle building workout plan was:
Mondays – Chest and Back
Tuesdays : Arms
Wednesdays : Shoulders and Legs
● It took a year to build his 8 pack abs and extra ordinary muscles. He has to change his diet plan, training session and workout time and was only possible because of Aamir’s dedication towards his work.
● As Aamir Khan is known for doing something different from others, Aamir used a special workout which comprised mixture of and weight training.
