Deepika gets up early at 6 during shooting and on home days she gets up by 8. The first thing she does in the morning is her fitness regime in which she prefers doing yoga and free hand exercises.
She does Yoga in morning and evening regularly.
Because of her hectic shooting schedule, she sometimes misses her gym workout so she prefers doing cardio and light weight exercises at home.
She feels getting thin and slim will not make a perfect figure; one should have a healthy and wholesome diet.

BREAKFAST DIET: Deepika is a very foodie kinda girl, she eats lots of food but at the same time she follows a strict fitness regime and workout. She loves Thai food. In her breakfast she prefers eating plain dosa with pudhina chutney, upma, idlis or paranthas and egg whites.
LUNCH DIET: She prefers homemade food in her lunch like dal, chapatti, sabji, salad, raita etc.
DINNER DIET: Her dinner is too light. She prefers porridge with pickle or homemade dal and steamed vegetables. She avoids eating rice and non-vegetarian food.
