Jay Cutler, the huge man with his big muscles is the 4 time consecutive Mr. Olympia title holder (since 2008. It’s the result of Jay Cutlers strict diet plan and workout routine and his hard training program for bodybuilding.
JAY CUTLER DIET PLAN
BREAKFAST DIET:
15 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 1 glass of orange juice, 1 dry Ezekiel toast, 1 cup of oat milk, multivitamin tablets and water.
LUNCH DIET:
MEAL 1: 8 oz. steak and 1.5 cup of white rice
90 grams carbohydrate, 40 gram fat, 80 gram protein, 1100 calories and beef.
MEAL 2: 8 oz. chicken and 1 cup of brown rice
DINNER DIET:
1 serving of Zinc, 1 serving of Glutamine and 1 serving of Calcium.
10 oz. chicken and 3 cups of white rice with garlic and onion, 14 egg whites, 1 cup of oat milk, 8 oz. 4 sets, 10-12chicken and 1 cup of brown rice, 1 glass of protein shake.
LATE NIGHT DIET:
Vitamin C and Vitamin B complex, 1 serving of Zinc and magnesium.

I’m a great fan of jay cutler !!
his legs and thighs are the best, so is it possible that he can do it with just leg lifts, that too only twice a week??
