He is very conscious about his diet plan, he never skip his workout and gym. There are many rumors around that Salman Khan takes steroids for building his muscles but these rumors are absolutely wrong. He has worked very hard to get this kind of ripped muscles fully in shape.

Salman’s diet includes only meat, vegetable and fruits. He never takes any kind of junk food.

Salman khan workouts in gym to maintain his body shape. His workout in gym includes heavy body weight training, weight lifting and 1000 push ups a day.
He never misses his workout session. If he is busy whole day in shooting or some other work, he goes to gym at night (around 2 am) and starts a continuous 2 hours session of exercises which includes exercises of 2 body parts in a day.
